By creating an account and using Ordo AI ("Ordo", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Ordo AI is an AI-powered task management and execution product. The AI features are powered by Anthropic's Claude API. AI outputs are suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing and acting on any output Ava produces.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Upload content that infringes third-party rights • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data • Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content • Resell or sublicense the Service without our permission
Ordo uses AI to generate outputs including emails, action plans, delegation messages, and document summaries. These outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You must review all AI outputs before acting on them. Ordo is not liable for any consequences arising from acting on AI-generated content without appropriate review.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create in Ordo. By using the Service, you grant Ordo a limited licence to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service. When you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted.
The Free plan is provided at no cost with usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any losses arising from service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
